Where are you based?
Gigi&Bo is proudly based in Salt Lake City, Utah — where we design, pack, and ship everything with love (and probably a chihuahua or two nearby).
When do you work magic?
Business days: Monday through Friday
Business hours: 9am–5pm MT
We respond to emails and messages within 48 hours. If you message us on a weekend or holiday, we’ll get back to you the next business day — promise!
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed in 3–7 business days. During busy seasons or new drops, we may need a few extra days. Thank you for your patience while we wrap everything up in *the prettiest packaging* and send it your way. Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info via email.
What if my package is delayed?
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping gods (aka USPS). While delays are rare, they can happen — and unfortunately, they’re out of our control. We can’t offer refunds for delayed packages, but we’re happy to help you track it down if needed.
Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes! If you placed more than one order and would like them combined (and the extra shipping refunded), just send us a message through the Contact form. We’ll do our best to make it happen.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’re happy to help make changes or cancel it. Once it starts moving through our system, though, it’s locked in. Reach out as soon as possible if you need help!
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
We’re so sorry! Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll get it sorted quickly — pinky swear!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we’re a small business, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something’s wrong with your order, always reach out. We’ll make it right.
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, we accept custom bulk orders only (100+ bookmarks or stickers). If that sounds like you, let’s chat!
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We love partnering with indie bookstores, boutiques, and curated retailers. You can learn more on our Wholesale page or email us at shopgigiandbo@gmail.com
Where can I find you in person?
We occasionally pop up at local Utah markets and vendor events! Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for upcoming appearances. At this time, we aren’t able to offer local pickup on website orders.
Do you have a brand ambassador program?
We do! We run seasonal cycles of reps who help us spread the Gigi&Bo magic. Keep an eye on our Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to hear when applications open.
Who designs your bookmarks and stickers?
Most designs are created by Brittanni (hi 👋), the owner of Gigi&Bo. We also collaborate with other small artists whose work we adore. If you’re an artist who’d love to partner, reach out!
How often do you release new designs?
We typically launch new bookmarks and stickers monthly — be sure to follow us on Instagram (@gigiandbo) so you don’t miss out.
How often do you restock?
We restock select items with each new drop, but many of our designs are limited-run only. If you see something you love, grab it before it disappears back into the bookish ether.
Can I find Gigi&Bo on Faire or wholesale platforms?
Yes! We are available on Faire. We ask that you please use the link on our Wholesale page to connect directly.
