What I Do...
I've curated a lineup of bookmarks and stickers for people who love to read and feel everything deeply. Designed with heart, each piece brings together cozy vibes, pop culture nods, nostalgic moods, and a sprinkle of aesthetic obsession.
Who I Create For...
I make bookmarks for people like me—overthinkers with big feelings and overflowing TBRs. The kind of readers who light a candle, queue a playlist, and pick a bookmark based on the book’s vibe. If that sounds like you, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
How it all began...
I started my business during the height of the pandemic in 2020. I was unemployed, anxious, and trying to cope with all the uncertainty. That’s when I rediscovered my love of reading—and it became a lifeline for me. I started making bookmarks for fun, and on a whim, I put them on Etsy to see what would happen. At the time, the kind of bookmarks I wanted didn’t exist—so I created them myself.
Gigi&Bo quickly became more than just a creative outlet. It gave me something to pour myself into during a time of deep loneliness and anxiety. It gave me purpose, joy, and connection. I’ve met some of my closest friends through this business (including my best friend), and now it’s become a full-time job not just for me, but also for my partner. We get to work from home with our dogs by our side every day—and that alone brings me so much happiness.

I take pride in how many niches I cover, and I’m always thinking about how to make someone feel seen through a simple, beautiful object.
What makes my brand special is that it’s rooted in connection and care—and that comes through in every detail. Unlike mass-produced generic designs, my bookmarks are made with intention by someone who truly loves reading and understands the emotional side of it. I want my bookmarks to spark joy, help people feel seen, and remind them that it’s okay to create beauty and softness in their everyday life. This business changed my life, and I’m passionate about using it to bring a little light into other people’s lives too.
Get to know me...
I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and still call Utah home. When I’m not working on Gigi&Bo, you’ll find me reading, working on one of my many other hobbies like cross-stitching or sewing, or watching comfort movies with my partner Dan and our two chihuahuas Ginger and Bowie (Gigi&Bo…Get it?). I’m a huge fan of lavender anything, rainy days, and Taylor Swift. I’m also passionate about mental health, healing, and finding peace in the little things—something I try to bring into every design I create.
