What is your processing time?
Our current processing time is 3-7 business days.
Sometimes during busy times of year or for new drops, we may need an extra couple days for processing.
What are your business days/hours?
Business Days: Sunday-Thursday
Business Hours: 9 am-5 pm MT
We respond to all emails and chat inquiries within 48 hours except for on the weekends and holidays in which case we will get back to you on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
I use USPS to ship all packages. Your ship time depends on your location and shipping option chosen and it should show you the amount of days it will take at checkout.
What happens if packages are delayed?
Although rare, delays are possible. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it's completely out of our hands. We can only go by the ship times given to us by USPS. We cannot provide refunds for delayed packages.
Why can't you ship my bookmarks and stickers via letter mail?
We no longer ship our items without tracking. Unfortunately, a large percentage of orders were getting damaged or lost. We want your order to make it to you in perfect condition and in a timely manner! :)
Do you offer combined shipping?
We can combine shipping in most cases! If you have multiple orders and would like them shipped together and the excess shipping refunded, please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" form below or start a chat.
Do you accept returns?
As a small business, we are not able to accept returns.
What happens if my items arrive damaged or defective?
In the case of damaged items (excluding GIGI&BOutique), we will replace them with the exact same item with proof provided. If we no longer have that item in stock, we will provide a refund. If you have received damaged or defective items, please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" form below or start a chat.
If USPS damages your GIGI&BOutique items, you will need to file a claim with USPS.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we are in many bookstores and boutiques across the world! Everything you see on our website is available for purchasing wholesale. Please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" form below or start a chat for more information.
Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately, we no longer take custom orders except in the case of large bulk orders (100+ bookmarks). This is because we do not handmake our bookmarks any more and our printer has a minimum quantity requirement. Do you draw all of the art yourself?
Brittanni (owner of gigi&bo) draws a very large portion of the art herself! We also outsource and commission art from other small artists.
